Needed to apply food science knowledge to determine best ways to process, package, preserve, store & distribute juice & other beverages. Perform chemical analysis (pH, Brix, Titratable acidity, turbidity), microbiological analysis (Aerobic Plate Count, Lactic acid bacteria, Yeast & mold) & physicals tests (cap closure, torque measurement) on finished product. Responsible for safety & sanitation oversee & implement food safety auditing programs. Reqs.
