This position is not your typical call center opportunity. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including scheduling and building legal advertising ads in the AdBase system.
20+ hours per week $15.12 hr.
Experience in a call center, outbound sales, or customer service environment is preferred.; media/communications experience a plus. Basic computer skills are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and database management). Strong organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed, as well as strong negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills. This position requires outbound sales calls so the candidate must be comfortable cold calling and effectively reaching decision makers. Ability to handle multiple projects at once; to solve practical problems; and to make decisions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions finished in written, oral or schedule form.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and sales and/or marketing experience. A college degree is preferred.
