The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Program Manager I or II to perform difficult administrative work planning, organizing, directing and supervising the activities/functions of staff; providing guidance and/or developing logical processes to implement quality improvement actions that ensure required documentation in the individual medical records are in compliance with laws, regulatory, HIPAA, Human Rights and Authority standards; Ensures adequate staffing and training of REACH clinical team members. Provides oversight of the REACH clinical team to ensure clinically appropriate services are being consistently implemented. Collaborates closely with REACH Quality Unit around billing to help maximize billing and DS Residential Manager for CTH admissions. Work is performed under the general direction of the REACH Director.
The position is responsible for the administration and management of REACH Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Teams to include a combination of Crisis and Mobile Support (Community Crisis Stabilization) teams.
Essential Functions
Responsible for the implementation of REACH Clinical services and supports.
Provides clinical and administrative supervision to REACH Clinical Supervisors and Clinical teams.
Coordinates with REACH leadership statewide surrounding admissions into the REACH and/or Transitional Home.
Ensures that services provided by clinical team are person-centered, evidence-based and comply with all REACH requirements.
Supports transition planning for individuals out of REACH therapeutic homes / transition home.
Communicates closely with the REACH Director in order to ensure appropriate communication, problem-solving and system collaboration as needed.
Attends required meetings including multi-disciplinary team meetings, Leadership meeting, Clinical Team Meetings, and system planning meetings.
Assists in ensuring necessary training and resources are available for the REACH Clinical Team.
Provides oversight to the on-call schedule ensuring 24/7/365 coverage for the regional REACH Hotline.
Ensures adequate crisis stabilization staffing is in place for mobile support to be available 24/7/365.
Ensures accuracy and reporting of required data elements in accordance with designated timelines.
Demonstrates strong knowledge and understanding of all licensing and agency requirements.
Ensures Clinical Services meet licensing regulations regarding safety and health guidelines.
Supervises or participates in special projects as needed.
Participates in Administrator on Duty on-call rotation including providing coverage on nights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
Performs other duties as assigned.
