People Incorporated Mental Health Services is searching for a Program Supervisor II.
The Program Supervisor oversees a program, supervising a team and ensuring that our clients receive excellent care that meets licensing and company standards. Duties may include:
- Creating a sense of community and team among staff and clients
- Supporting the mission, values and goals of the company and delivering goals and information to team members
- Hiring and orienting program staff
- Supervising and coaching staff for excellence in accuracy and quality of services
- Guiding staff in the development of skills toward their career goals
- Coordinating program schedules and meetings
- Modeling a high level of skill in providing person-centered care
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with program staff and other program managers
This position is an evening position. The schedule is: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00pm- 10:30pm
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in behavior science
- Two years (4,000 hours) experience in human services
- One year supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
- Supervisory experience in the mental health services arena
