CA State Certified Water/Wastewater Operator

Mountain Valley Environmental Services, Inc. is hiring part-time or full-time licensed water/wastewater operators.

Compensation: $28.00 to $55.00 per hour

MVES provides quality service to our clients across the Central California Valley, from daily operations for small city water districts to seasonal water systems. 

Seeking qualified and experienced CA State Water Board Certified Grade I or higher Water/Wastewater Operator to service clients across the Central Valley.  Plumbing and or electrical skills desired. Candidate must be able to perform technical duties related to wastewater treatment facilities, maintain water quality standards, be able to troubleshoot system and equipment issues, and be able to notice things and correct issues before they become a problem or cause a violation. Duties include: collect water/wastewater samples; perform routine repairs/maintenance; test backflows; record meter reads; perform system shut-down/start-ups. Candidate should be a self-motivated and dedicated team player who provides excellent customer service and communication skills.
