Property Manager
Seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Property Management team. The candidate must be personable, reliable, a great team player with organizational and people skills. Computer efficiency is a given.
Responsibilities for Property Manager Position:
- Oversee assigned rental properties and condominium associations
- Interface with and solve tenant problems and requests
- Interface with Association Board Members and condo owners
- Enforce rules & regulations of the properties
- Organize prospective tenant rental applications
- Work with professional property management team to secure and maintain occupancy.
- Abide by all Fair Housing Laws
This is a full time position available and offers a competitive salary, mileage reimbursement, 401K, and flex spending. Applicant must have valid driver’s license.
Heritage Property Management is a local family owned business established over 30 plus years providing property management services for apartment complexes, office buildings, retail strip malls, warehouses, condominium associations and student housing.
