Athletic Ticket Operations Intern
This is a 9-month paid position. The intern will work under the direction of the Assistant Director, Sales & Ticket Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ticket office;
- Manage all incoming calls to the main Ticket Office phone as well as potential window customers;
- Respond and oversee email inquiries to the main Ticket Office email;
- Process ticket orders in Ticketmaster Archtics;
- Prepare and make daily deposits with the University cashier’s office;
- Supervise all aspects of ticket operations, including part-time ticket sellers, for select sporting events; and
- Collaborate and work with other units of the Athletic Department including Marketing, Events, and Fundraising.
Required Qualifications:
- This position requires a 35-hour-per-week commitment; some evening and weekend hours as necessary;
- The candidate must have demonstrated customer service skills, effective communication and organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- A Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in the ticket office are preferred; and
- Preference is given to those enrolled in a degree-granting program with an internship requirement.
