Position: Mechanic for Heavy Equipment
Pay $18.00 to 25.00 will depend on resume/ negotiable
High school or equivalent with 2-3 years technical training. Must have a Class 3 driver’s license with a good driving record required.
A minimum of 3 year's experience in heavy equipment repairs. Should have knowledge of heavy equipment. Accurately use personal or shop equipment such as measurement tools and diagnostic tooling, torches and welding equipment and press tooling as required for the assignment, knowledge of disassembly and assembly procedures with ability to efficiently remove and install major components, tracks and swing frames, dozer and ripper assemble. Must have knowledge using general math skills and Language includes reading, writing spelling and the ability to communicate clearly.
Own and maintain personal tools as required. And have knowledge and ability for their proper use. Operate equipment cranes and vehicles as needed. Operate equipment cranes and vehicles as they are designed performing daily maintenance when directed. Field service for customer site as needed. Learn to follow company policies and procedures.
