Marketing Administrative Assistant, Full Time, Latham Office
Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and the MS Office Suite. Must possess excellent time management and organizational abilities. Demonstrate proven ability to compose / edit professional business letters and related documents.
Duties include but not limited to,
· preparing and customizing proposal for clients and potential clients
· create brochures, invitations, submission letters, excel spreadsheets and related documents
· transcribe recorded material into Professional letter format
· provide administrative support to other depts. As needed.
