Traveling 95% travel required. Perform daily leadership role on assigned out-of-state job site(s) by coordinating trades, managing workflow, and staying ahead of schedule. Oversee creation and completion of punch list. Communicate site issues, events, conditions, and progress to team through emails, calls, daily reports, and photos. Must be focused on customer service, on-time job completion, and willing to do what it takes to complete the job ahead of schedule and on budget while exceeding our clients' expectations.
