GENERAL SUMMARY This position is for a full time Sales Counselor. The Sales Counselor will oversee new home sales in a specific Bonadelle Neighborhoods community and is responsible for managing the entire new home sales process for home buyers, including showing payments, sales contracts, ensuring options and upgrades have been selected, and other various items related to the escrow and building process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Fully manage a specific Bonadelle Neighborhoods community Welcome Center and model complex · Ensure the Welcome Center and subsequent models are being kept in an orderly fashion in accordance with company standards · Capable of showing payments to prospective home buyers · Ability to guide a home buyer through and intimately understand the sales contract process · Communicate with home buyers throughout escrow process to ensure escrow closes within scheduled timeframe · Work with in-house mortgage company representative along with third party mortgage companies when necessary · Clearly able to communicate with corporate office, supervisors and home buyers · Ability to understand construction terminology and understand standard and non-standard features within each home · Understand community features and amenities, community specific HOA guidelines, etc. · Facilitate constant realtor outreach and maintain in-depth understanding of the most current broker co-op programs · Work with Options Coordinator to ensure home buyers are completing options packages in timely manner · Ability to train and manage Assistant Sales Counselors and Hosts assigned to the Welcome Center Job Requirements Full-Time Willingness to work weekends 3-4 years industry experience minimum Active State of California real estate sales person license College diploma preferred
