We are seeking an Accountant / HR Manager to join our team who exhibits a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills and able to multitask in a busy medical office.
Bookkeeping Duties:
- General bookkeeping.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain various reports.
- Reconcile A/R to G/L.
- Process all company payroll.
- Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll tax deposits.
- Process a large volume of bills for payments.
Skill Qualifications:
- Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Data entry skills.
- General math skills.
- Attention to detail and keep files organized.
- Verbal communication.
